APPLICATION OF FUZZY LOGIC IN THE ROBOT CONTROL FOR MECHANICAL PROCESSING

Robot application in mechanical machining is growing day by because it has many advantages over conventional machines such as high flexibility, large working space, and repeatability. Many degrees of freedom motion give robots the ability to perform complex technological operations, but also that, methods controlling based on dynamic models have difficulties. Applying fuzzy logic robot control can partially or completely exclude calculation robot's model well overcome other uncertainties whole system. The variables parameters logic-based controller are modeled a linguistic form, called variables, defined semantic values. Fuzzy rules an important basis for performance operations defining quantities controller. constructed natural human inference expert intelligence. main tasks applying include “Fuzzification” determine form sets input-output data; “Fuzzy Rules Inference Mechanism” quantities, finally “Defuzzification” convert from values physical operation. There been types research general, percentage work still limited.
